  • Sliced Red Wine Salami is house-made locally. The salami with a hint of local Red Wine made with Single Bred Heritage Duroc Pork. Perfect on a sandwich, or meat board.
  • Food Fact: If it grows together, it goes together. Meaning if it is grown on the same farm it works well together as flavors. Using red wine in salami started because salami cured next to aging red wine in cellars.
  • Storage: Unopened dry salami can last up to six weeks unrefrigerated, and according to the USDA, “indefinitely” in the refrigerator. Cut salami can last up to three weeks in the fridge, and up to two months in the freezer
